I recently got rekt by 64 Palms, which was pretty cool and all but I'd like to perhaps see it coded better...
From the moment the first two strikes landed, I was already depleted of all of my chakra and on top of that the damage was far too great. A capped Hyuuga with correct build, vs a capped Laslow (me) at 201k HP, this will one hit kill Laslow if used (regardless of whether its 64 palms or 128. If 64 Palms is used, I'll die when it reaches 32 Strikes. If 128 Palms is used, I'll die when it reaches 16 Strikes)
First Suggestion (Don't have have the technique instantly warp a players chakra from 100% to 0% from the initial 2 strikes
Have each strike decrease the enemies chakra by a % rather than deplete the enemies chakra to 0% during the first strike.
So example, 64 Palms consists of 6 consecutive strikes. So have each strike lower the enemies chakra, and by the time the final hit has landed they'll be left with 0 Chakra
Second Suggestion (Nerf the damage. Goes without saying)
Nerf the damage, At best this should be rendering the opponent with... lets say... 50% of their HP still intact to try put up a fight, not completely rekt them in one sweep
Also I didn't get to test this, but if you are able to interrupt them and kill them before they kill you (like they've 64 palmed you whilst you're facing them but you smack down the attack button and somehow get the kill in before they do, then that should cancel/stop any more strikes from happening. Pretty standard, but only putting this here just incase this isn't a thing. Because Shiki Fujin works similar to this, if you kill them before Shiki has killed you, you're still going to die by Shiki)
Third Suggestion (Add the Ying/Yang Icon appearing for a brief moment when 64/128 Palms has successfully initiated on an opponent)
It'd be nice to see a nicely icon'd yin/yang symbol appear beneath the hyuuga and the enemy (in-between them) for a brief second or two, just for added effect of awesomeness
